Delivery
Same day despatch - We despatch all completed orders on the same day (Monday to Friday) and all mainland UK orders will be delivered next working day. Please note the completed orders must be received before 2pm.

**Restrictions may apply to certain countries. This service does not include a tracking number. For an additional £3.50 your item/s can be sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' service which includes a tracking number for information whilst the parcel is in the UK and final receipt or the parcel. This option is available in the checkout.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer all our customers refunds (excluding original postage paid) or exchanges for items returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that all products must be returned unused, in its original packaging. We suggest you use a traceable method of shipping as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
Please contact us for authorisation prior to returning any items. We regret that we cannot refund the postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
To help process your request as quickly and efficiently as possible we include a Returns form and Returns label with all orders. Returns and refunds are usually processed within 24 to 48 hrs of receipt of goods.
